On 5th of August 2022 Leonardo has delivered the first two Polish Air Force M346 Bielik of third batch.
They took off around 9 o’clock in the morning, destination Deblin Air Base, home of 4th Training Aviation Wing, now equipped only with Bielik aircrafts. Recently, PZL TS-11 Iskra are been retired from service.
The last two M346 are expected to be delivered very soon, ending the third batch of delivery, bringing to 16 aircraft of this type in Polish Air Force inventory.
